PROMEXX werkt op basis van detachering en fixed-price projecten op het gebied van technische softwareontwikkeling en is gespecialiseerd in mechatronica en robotica. Sinds de oprichting in 2004 zijn we uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende speler binnen dit specifieke vakgebied.
De producten van onze klanten worden dan ook veelal gekenmerkt door de integratie van mechanica, elektronica en software. Bij de softwareontwikkeling spelen onderwerpen als motion, robotica, vision, userinterfaces, databases, webbased toepassingen en intelligente interfaces naar (mechatronische) systemen (Smart Industry, IoT) dan ook een belangrijke rol.
Daarbij wordt een groot deel van onze opdrachten gekenmerkt door toepassingen op basis van courante softwaretechnologie in een Windows of (real-time) Linux-omgeving en de Agile/Scrum-methodiek.
