Our founder and lead coach, Victoria Hill, is a market-facing real estate professional herself with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry as a chartered surveyor, with specialisms in investment finance and venture capital. Working across real estate and finance businesses of all sizes as a leadership coach, she is dedicated to enhancing resilience, effectiveness, accountability and leadership skills of industry professionals. Her approach is one of supportive challenge, facilitated by robust coaching and psychology credentials, and an ongoing PhD in metacognitive advancement in the workplace. Her niche is coaching real estate professionals, leveraging unique insights gained from a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry paired with advanced coaching and psychological strategies for optimal performance.
