PROMMEC is a consultant company which mission is to generate value for the costumer via qualifications within all aspects of product development. Our strategy is to help compagnies in the development process using a number of proven guidelines to secure and optimize “Time To Marked” in the generation of a quality product, which performs the required functionality. We can support the development process no matter how simple or complex it might look. We are using simplified structured technics to get overview and be able to make a “deep dive” into specific tasks. Helping and supporting in solid corporation inside the customer organization is firmly anchored in our mindset. Via humour and good communication skills we try to contribute to a good motivation of the team members involved. The toolbox content can be visualized as: - Product development starting with focus on Voice of the costumer [VOC] and facilitation in Brain storming processes. - Risk Management according to ISO31000 using tools mentioned in the ISO31010 with experience in DFMEA & PFMEA processes. - Reliability engineering wit focus on design for reliability & lifecycle management. - Technical Project management & Agile Stage Gate / project management to optimized “Time to Marked” - System Engineering in realization of successful systems based on customer needs & required functionality using our pre-defined specification template helping to get all the needed and important parameters into the specification. - Use of plastics for components (optimized design, selection of material & processes). - Mechanical design & engineering with focus on design for processability.
