The company was founded in 2009. It's signature product is called PromoChip, a unique loyalty program that allows users to receive SMS promotions on their handsets and redeem those promotions at the cash register of local stores in Bulgaria. In 2010, the loyalty program was sold to Helikon (http://helokon.bg), the biggest book retailer in Bulgaria.
