We are an initiative that aims to promote gender equality in research; we are supporting early-career female researchers to get promoted, to get published and to get paid (more). We are building an online tool and creating networking opportunities to support early-career female researchers to stay in research jobs. PROMOTE is led by 2 amazing female researchers, Katriona O'Sullivan and Marian Crowley-Henry, from Maynooth University;
PROMOTE is a partnered project with outstanding researchers in Munster Technological University, University of Limerick and South East Technological University as well as INSIGHT.
