PRONING DHI is a private, Zagreb, Croatia, EU based, Ltd. company founded in 1990. as Proning and 1994. as Proning Dhi. The company core activity is performing consulting services in the field of urban water infrastructure, water resource management (WRM) and climate change. Proning covers different levels of consultancy, ranging from feasibility studies, master planning, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, real time flood forecasting, preliminary designs and detailed designs.

We performed Feasibility study for improvement of the non-structural measures for the flood risk management in Croatia.
Proning was Croatian focal point partner in the EU Blue-Green Dream – by Prof. Čedo Maksimović / Imperial College London, UK. Also, as one of the 35 partners from Europe, we participate in the HORIZON 2020 project RECONECT - Reduction of hydro-meteorological risks by applying the Natural Base Solution (NBS), with coordinator prof. Zoran Vojinović, IHE, The Netherlands.
Proning was initial address for conducting EU Corona virus Sentinel systems for SARS CoV-2 in Croatia and BiH.
