ProperHands is a Singapore-based provider of online home services platform, It provides this service through intelligent and automated matching of legal freelance cleaners to customer requests. This proprietary technology uses multiple data points including geolocation (finding jobs nearby), skill matching, preferences (can manage dogs), language matching (can speak English), among many other attributes in our database. This increases the quality of service to the customer as well as increases convenience and job fit for the freelance cleaner. Founded in 2014, the vision for the future for ProperHands is to create a fully automated and seamless system that's uses real-time big data and intelligent algorithms to perform operationally intensive tasks that were traditionally manual. For example, a customer should be able to book or change a cleaning job and have scheduling, utilization planning, resource optimization, payment, allocation, backups, personnel matching, confirmations, updates, reminders, and many other operational tasks completely automated with no human intervention. This vision for seamless automation is to increase quality and address scale. The closer ProperHands get to this vision, the greater likelihood of an increase in customer satisfaction, reduction in drop out rates, increase in retention rates, and increase in fulfillment rates. When ProperHands enters new markets, this vision for seamless automation also acts to minimize the need for operational staff which is a limiting factor among traditional cleaning companies.
