Our company specialises in performing valuations of properties all over Cyprus (and also in Greece via our associated Offices), offering professional advice on all property related matters. Valuations are performed for all purposes (information, buying / selling, mortgage / finance, asset valuations as well as compulsory acquisition valuations). Feasibility / Viability studies are also performed for Development Properties to assess their profit margin. Also, all related planning, ownership and legal aspects relevant to each property are assessed. With more than 28 years of experience in the Cyprus Property Market, we are at the position to provide top quality and reliable service and advice, based on the RICS Standards and Guidelines. The Manager and Founder, Mr. Andreas Makris holds a BSc (Hons) – Land Management from the University of Reading, UK. In 1995, he was awarded the Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) at the General Practice Division (no.96294), and since then he is practising Property Valuation and Consultancy in Cyprus. He is also a member of the Cyprus Technical Chamber – ETEK (no. A056573) and a Registered Estate Agent (Reg. no.342).
