Property Contrax

Property Contrax is a web-based job management platform. It makes it easy to add jobs to the system, attribute them to a property, assign vendors and view status and updates. Assigned vendors receive a secure link where they can post updates, add photos and mark jobs as complete. One click of a button allows you to request an update on a job. Property Contrax also features a Kanban board where you can visually monitor ongoing jobs and change job status by simply dragging to another column. We have also integrated a video chat feature where you can chat with your coworkers without leaving the system. If you have the need to create reports we have a great reporting tool that makes it easy to create reports with high quality images. Layouts are easily modified to show images at ¼, ½ or full width of the page. We have also made it a breeze to send a pdf version by email. There are also other features such as live chat, email messaging, contact management and to-do lists.
