Property Asset Management Ltd is an ethical property development company that invests primarily in residential properties in London and the surrounding areas. We made our first property investment back in 2018 and grew our asset base considerably within the last 3 years. Having learned from trial and error, we have since worked with the best in the industry and invested heavily in a first class education to allow us to build a successful business. We are fortunate to have access to very experienced stakeholders and advisors with over 30 years of property investment experience in London and internationally who have built over £60m in equity by buying and holding hundreds of residential properties. These stakeholders advise us on the best off-market properties that generate sustainable returns on investment so that we can provide similar benefits to our investors. We also have an in-house marketing department with the sole focus of sourcing off-market properties, each opportunity is approached using a detailed set of rules and analysis. This ensures that our business has a strong foundation of assets on which to build long and sustainable returns for our investors.
