In addition to old-fashioned legwork, we use cutting-edge analytical tools to form a rich and impartial picture of London investment opportunities. Property investment is as much about numbers as it is about people, and we excel at both. PropertyBrain was started in 2014 by John Lim, a former management consultant specialising in geospatial analytics. After three years of advising companies on their real estate strategy, John started deploying the same analytical methodologies for his own personal property investments with excellent results. A three-month stint at an estate agency opened his eyes to the serious moral hazard issues within the traditional agency model, and he saw a market need for an independent consulting service working for property buyers rather than sellers.
