PropertyCB (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2008 by Chris Biermann, a chartered Accountant with extensive business experience. Initially dipping his toe into property development by buying, renovating and re-selling derelict houses; with each successful completion the passion for property development grew along with the projects he pursued. In March 2017, Chris’s Daughter Lize with her husband Shane Williams moved their family from Melbourne Australia and bought into the growing business as Shareholders. Shane has a vast experience of the construction industry after 14 years of managing residential building companies in Australia. Lize has extensive sales and marketing experience gained both locally and in Australia most recently working for the largest property development consulting firm in Australia prior to joining PropertyCB. PROPERTYCB BELIEVE IN BUILDING QUALITY PROJECTS WITH EXCEPTIONAL VALUE. To do this they provide a full circle approach to property development, with internal control over all aspects of the process. From initial sourcing of project sites to planning, design, sales, construction and self funding their developments. All components are managed in house by the PropertyCB team whether they are creating commercial premises like their Mantis Business centre, or highly sort after residential developments like the Gonubie Palms estate, by removing the middle men, like real estate agents, leasing agents, sub contracted building companies and financers they are able to pass those direct savings onto the consumer creating exceptional value. PropertyCB has successfully completed in excess of 100 projects in both green field and brown field property development since inception and the business currently employs more than 70 people.
