It provides transparency in an opaque market and especially focusing on the most opaque ones in the developing markets. Our algorithms are additionally informed by the latest advancements in urban and real estate economics from academia and a direct on-the-ground experience in real estate investing across the globe by our founders. PropMath algos work directly on a data lake created by senior technologists who are a part of our founding team. This allows us to ingest structured and unstructured data from hundreds of sources and run our algorithms on-the-fly. We are taking proptech in developing markets to a different level.
