PRO-PME Financement S.A is a credit institution specializing in loans to Small and Medium Enterprises (MPE / PMI) approved by Order No. 00296 / MINFI of 27 June 2001.
The company was born from the will of the Cameroonian and Canadian Governments to transform from the year 2000, the project of capacity building of the SME / PMI Cameroon initiated in 1996.
Its initial capital of FCFA 500 million at the creation has increased to reach in June 2014, the amount of FCFA 2 000 000 000. It is owned 80% by private Cameroonian and 20% by the State of Cameroon.
To exercise, PRO-PME benefits from an approval of the Central African Banking Commission "CABC" in the category of financial institutions.
