We started the concept of Proposed Properties over 10-years ago by working with builders, real estate brokers and lenders. After fine tuning our processes, and with great anticipation, we ultimately launched Proposed Properties in 2018. Our founders have extensive experience as builders, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders and innovation leaders in multiple Fortune 100 global companies. The Proposed Properties platform brings together a network of new construction and renovation professionals powered by a proprietary matching technology that gives home buyers an easier and more educated process in selecting and building their dream home.
