PROPRAC Consultants was founded in 2014 with the aim to promote and establish sustainable project management framework to assist organisations achieve strategic goals and objectives cost effectively. With its head office in Sydney, Australia, PROPRAC Consultants services clients across the globe. We specialise in establishing and operating PMO, Project Management Maturity Assessment, and developing and delivering project management training tailored to our client’s requirements. Our internationally qualified and experienced consultants have over 40 years of international experience, having successfully delivered business critical projects and programs, established PMOs (Project Management Office), and provided consulting services across industries such as construction, broadcast, education, finance (banking, payment, etc.), gaming & entertainment, FMCG, oil and gas, natural resources & mining, public service, and telecommunication. Our moto, “Achieving Success through Project Practice” is not a business slogan but the foundation of PROPRAC Consultants’ methodology ADD – The PROPRAC Approach; a THREE stage process (Assess – Design – Deliver) developed by our consultants based on industry best practices focusing on both traditional waterfall and more modern agile approach.
