Pro-ROC (Professional Recruiters of Rochester)

Pro-ROC is a special interest group of the National Human Resources Association-Rochester Affiliate. Pro-ROC's collaborative leadership team partners to assist recruitment professionals in refining and enhancing the craft of talent acquisition. Our mission is to utilize a stewardship philosophy that fosters an environment of sharing and inclusion in order to continue ongoing learning and development for the Rochester recruiting community. Through strong strategic vision and leadership, we provide quality, customer-focused human resource services, and recruiting efforts. By sharing best practices and providing a medium for mentoring, we aim to increase the value that recruiters bring to their organizations and engage a qualified work-force.
