ProScript Medical Transcription Solutions was founded in 1997 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida. The company is privately owned by the management team. The company has no outside investors, no debt and is cash flow positive. The owners and leadership team are highly experienced medical transcription service company managers with over 100 combined years of industry experience. The company’s business is focused on servicing the transcription needs of complex health care networks, including hospitals, large clinics and specialty groups. We currently provide fully outsourced transcription services for a wide variety of acute care health facilities across the nation. Among our clients are the largest hospital in Southern California’s Orange County, the most prestigious private hospital in Washington, DC, one of the most innovative small hospitals in the Northwestern US, the biggest cancer center in South Florida, a major research center and teaching hospital in Los Angeles, a large regional hospital and medical center serving Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, and the largest teaching hospital in San Francisco. We have a home-based distributed workforce of over 170 transcriptionists in more than 30 states, all connected to us via high-speed broadband (DSL or cable).
