Founded in 1975, Pro Seniors is a non-profit organization that provides free help to older Ohioans to resolve legal and long-term care problems and fight Medicare fraud. Pro Seniors' Long-Term Care Ombudsman team advocates for residents in nursing homes, assisted living, adult care facility, and home/community-based care and services in Southwest Ohio. Our Ohio Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) team of staff and volunteers fight Medicare fraud through education and outreach.
Pro Seniors is dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence by empowering them, by protecting their interests, and by helping them access resources.
Pro Seniors’ Legal Helpline serves the State of Ohio. By calling our Legal Helpline, Ohio residents age 60 or older can receive free assistance over the telephone with a variety of legal or long-term care problems.
