ProSight is a strategic CRM product of Datakue Services. Originally, ProSight was developed in 2007, by a boutique firm, with the support of the Department of MSME and Karnataka Centre for Technological Upgradation. Datakue acquired the product in 2014 and transformed it to suit SMEs businesses. After an uncompromising study and stringent evaluation of SME needs for 14 months, the product underwent an upgrade. It was relaunched as ProSight in 2016 after 16 months. ProSight comes with a host of 83 features as a hybrid cloud application.
