Prosperity Haven

Just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, Prosperity Haven is a beautiful 3,000-sf property located on 7.5 acres surrounded by woods in the rural area of Chardon, Ohio. Patients enjoy a quiet, tranquil setting as they work through issues that keep them from living a life free from addiction. Our program is specifically designed for men 18 years and older and addresses all aspects of a man’s life. We serve no more than twelve men at one time in order to provide adequate one-on-one time with each patient in a private and confidential environment. Our clinical team consists of a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, a board-certified physician, and licensed substance abuse counselors who work together to formulate the best treatment plan for each individual. Every treatment plan is customized and reflects the ongoing assessments by clinical and medical staff and the progression or regression of the patient’s behavioral and medical state.
