About ProsperityME: Economic Stability for New Mainers
Our mission is to empower, through education and counseling, members of refugee and immigrant communities to invest in themselves to build financial stability, careers, businesses, and wealth. Since 2008, ProsperityME has championed the economic empowerment of Maine’s immigrant community. Through our workforce development and social support programs, we assist asylum-seekers and immigrants in overcoming barriers related to education, employment, and housing. We provide targeted programs that directly address obstacles to personal and professional advancement. Our approach includes filling service gaps while offering foundational skills in financial capability, supporting the independence and long-term success of our students. We assist newcomers in making the most of their circumstances, achieving financial stability, and planning for a prosperous life in Maine. Corporate partnerships, sponsorships, private donations, and grants make our work possible. We are also grateful to the numerous volunteers who generously donate their valuable time and expertise to our programs and students. Thank you! Would you like to learn more about our mission and how you can partner with the immigrant community to help make Maine an economically and culturally vibrant place to live, work, and retire? Please contact us! Call, email, or visit us during business hours. We want to connect with you! Email: prosperityme@prosperityme.org Phone: (207) 797-7890
