Our design engineers are equipped with ‘state of the art’ software and design suites. We can produce mechanical & electrical drawings and floor plans to suit your buildings requirements. Facilities Management
Prospero are the Island leaders in FM. We currently look after some 400+ buildings Island wide. Our repairs & maintenance engineers have fully stocked vans and are highly qualified in their individual trades. We utilise the very latest computer aided facilities management (CAFM) software to keep customers and our engineers up to date with the status of the building maintenance, cleaning and stock levels. All of our vans are fitted with trackers which allows us to deploy the nearest available engineer to attend any emergency call out.
