ProTass is een dienstverlenend elektronica productie bedrijf dat werkzaam is in de EMS branche. ProTass assembleert printen zowel op basis van geautomatiseerd SMT bestücken en reflow solderen als conventioneel hand-bestücken met golf-solderen en handsolderen. ProTass vervult het gehele productie traject, vanaf inkoop tot volledige assemblage. Vanuit een locatie in Eindhoven, kunnen wij U een hoge mate van technische en organisatorische flexibiliteit bieden.
De klanten die wij bedienen variëren van ontwikkel bedrijven met prototypes en producties van enkele stuks die handmatig geproduceerd worden tot grote specialistische bedrijven (OEM) waarvoor wij kleine tot middelgrote grote series geautomatiseerd produceren (Low volume / High mix). Verder assembleren wij ook eindproducten en kunnen zowel sub-assemblies als eindproducten testen op basis van speciaal gebouwde testmiddelen.
Wij zijn typisch ingericht om samen met de ontwikkelafdeling van onze klanten via een DFM analyse een optimale en kostefficiënte productie in te richten van proto borden via 0-serie naar kleine tot middelgrote productie series.
Steeds meer bedrijven (klein en groot) maken gebruik van onze flexibiliteit om proto’s en reguliere productie snel en probleemloos geleverd te krijgen.
