Protec was established on 1989 with a team of qualified engineers / workers supporting a Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001 and ASME “U” Stamp quality manuals. Protec is currently operating in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemical and Power fields in creating Fluid & Lubrication Systems and producing systems of varying types & formats like Dosing Systems and Filtration skids. Protec is proud to be able to take advantage, not just of patented components, but also of solid experience accrued over several years of activity, and also an innovative quality system. We ensure the realization of dependable and technologically avant-garde solutions. Protec operates in all stages, from the engineering aspects, to the production of complex systems, guaranteeing complete conformity and consistency with the particular methods & techniques as specified by the client. Our team's experience, both in the planning and design stages, the realization and after sales service, guarantees exceptional levels of support for the client during each stage of the contract. Since 2015 Protec is part of LVF group and expanded its manufacturing range introducing following products: Manifolds (for steam supply and condensate collection) and Strainers (Basket, Tee, Conical, Lateral, Y type). Our range of production includes as follows: • Lube Oil Systems API 614 • Seal Gas Panel • Dosing Packages • Filtration skids • Fabricator & assembler of customized skids / packages • Water Washing System • Seal systems in accordance to API 682: Plans 52, 53A,53B, 65, 72, 74, 75 and 76 • Water Cooler API 682 • Air Fins Cooler • Manifold (for steam supply and condensate collection) • Strainers (Basket, Tee, Conical, Lateral, Y type). Protec is able to design and produce in accordance to the most known international rules like ASME, PED, TEMA, API etc… and in a wide range of materials, like stainless steel, high and low alloys steel, copper and nickel alloys, etc. We have an internal Quality Department with an internal Team of quality operators LEVEL II able to carry out DP, PMI, MT and RX.
