This is an advocacy group dedicated to stopping the harmful development called Tuscana from deforesting over 300 acres of sensitive wetlands in the heart of the headwaters to the Everglades, also known as the Shingle Creek protected conservation area.
In January 2022, developers submitted an invasive and destructive application for a large development called the Tuscana Planned Development.
There has been only one community meeting which brought in voices from all over the sate, begging for Orange County to deny this terrible plan to build hundreds of acres of commercial buildings and condos in the head waters of the Everglades.
