- Micro Arc Oxidation is an electrochemical surface protection technology for light metals (Aluminum, Magnesium, Titanium and Zirconium)converting the metallic surface into a thin, dense, and very hard ceramic layer which provides a rare combination of hardness, strength and resistance to wear and corrosion unmatched by other conventional surface treatments.
- Epoxy Hybrid is a technology applied to a large variety of metallic substrates; a one layer silicone-epoxy hybrid coating to replace the multi-layer and functional top coatings, without primers in heavy duty corrosive environments.
PCT has developed a new generation of single layer coatings that combine the valuable proprieties of the epoxy resin such as excellent corrosion protection and chemical resistance with the improved adhesion to metallic surfaces of the silicone resin.
