Protodigm is the ERO - think CRO, but an exploratory research organization - built to create and understand opportunity Born out of the experience at sister company IDEA Pharma, which specialises in developing path to market strategies for the Biopharma industry, Protodigm is being formed to address an upstream roadblock in the innovation funnel – evidence generation. 1 - Options We bring a learning mindset to the process of asset prioritisation and development. 2 - Evidence We believe that by providing the relevant evidence in response to an individualised suite of development options / questions, which have been generated in the context of the client and the asset, we can combat the progression-seeking biases and rational optimism in drug R&D. 3 - Decisions We want to empower more efficient, effective decision-making in drug development. We enable evidence-driven decisions in asset development, not just avoiding the unknowns but addressing the unknowns to help illuminate the right opportunities for an asset.
