In a few months we were able to start supplying our first own products to the customers. Nowadays PROTON-ELECTROTEX has its own facilities and equipment to support full production cycle. The production area is equipped by modern technological lines and measuring equipment. PROTON-ELECTROTEX has necessary “clean rooms” which corresponds to the requirements electronic and microelectronic industry. The main products of the Company are IGBT modules, rectifier, avalanche, fast diodes, PCT and fast thyristors which are produced in stud, disk and module design. The period since 1997 and till nowadays is notable by high rate of production growth. During all its history PROTON-ELECTROTEX has positive dynamic of sales growth and is constantly extend its product range. Main areas of products application are electric drive, mining transportation, traction, induction heating and melting, smart grids, alternative energy sources, welding equipment.
