Prototype Technologies

Prototype Technologies (PT) was a small, woman-owned company that specialized in the design and fabrication of prototype hardware including wind tunnel models, production tooling, injection and fiberglass molds, thermal forming tools, and short run CNC production fabrication. It was built from the ashes of Del-Phi Engineering Group. PT existed from 1993-1998. PT's customers included Boeing Commercial, Boeing Defense and Space, McDonnell Douglas, Learjet, Rockwell International, Northrop Grumman, Beechcraft, Rohr, Canadair, ITT Automotive, Swift Engineering, and AASI. They designed and fabricated JAST/JSF wind tunnel models for all 3 competitors (Lockheed X-35, Boeing X-32, and McDonnell Douglas).
