Prove My Concept (PMC) is an innovative response to a growing social demand - relevant and accessible enterprise education for secondary schools and their students. PMC takes students on a online collaborative learning journey to create, develop and test their ideas. Students are encouraged to invite advisors to view their ideas and provide feedback in order to foster real-world learning. Over 1 million young people (UK) are classified as NEETs. 59% of young people express concern regarding obtaining employment. 75% of employers felt that students exiting school were not equipped with the right skills. PMC offers an interactive and real-world solution that develops skills, qualities and business acumen in students, providing learning as well as vital professional relationships with mentors and prospective employers. PMC can be used independently or with the guidance of a teacher. Destination is becoming increasingly important in considering the success of education. With options very different to those of previous generations young people need access to aspiration raising activities, the chance to differentiate themselves with practical experience and the capacity to build the skills and attitudes sought after by employers.
