Who We Are PrōVen was founded in 1991 as a Management Services provider to small contractors. In 1995, PrōVen incorporated to become a full service, self-performing general engineering contractor. PrōVen has earned a reputation for outstanding work with an emphasis on horizontal civil construction. The PrōVen team is client-focused and dedicated to providing superior quality service in a variety of markets, including: transportation, power, environmental restoration, water resources, and structural retrofitting. Our core business, within the construction industry, is bidding and building public works projects. Primarily, PrōVen aims to serve federal, state, county, city, and special district clients throughout our operational areas in California. PrōVen’s Commitment PrōVen aims to produce the best value for our clients by optimizing our project-delivery through intelligent planning and management. PrōVen’s lateral approach to management minimizes overhead while maximizing efficiency; our goal is not to be the biggest, but rather be among the best international contractors. Our team is committed to the goal of safely operating on every one of our projects. Each construction site is regularly monitored to insure adherence to safety protocols. Our management personnel are certified through the Project Safety Management course, provided by the US Army Corp of Engineers.
