Provence Partners emerged from Provence Capital in 2021. Our origins trace back to 2015 when we started as a family office investing proprietary capital in fomenting great technology entrepreneurs in Brazil. As the Brazilian entrepreneurial ecosystem has flourished and our business model evolved, we became the hub for families, business owners and entrepreneurs who share the same goal: support companies in the quest of creating long-term value for society.

To invest in Brazilian Tech-enabled business from pre-series A to series B, focusing on industries like SAAS, Financial Services, Consumer, Marketing, Retail and Health. We prefer businesses with consistent unit economics, high margins and recurrent revenue models.
We look beyond standard VC track startups. We love bootstrapped companies with founders who have deep sector knowledge, great execution, sustainable unit economics and capital efficient mindset.
