Providence Development specializes in the development, building and sales of communities ranging from multi-family units to custom homes. Since its inception in 1984, Providence has developed many communities ranging from 4 to 35 homes, located mostly in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. Some communities have homes ranging between 1600 to 3200+ square feet, while the estate communities have homes ranging between 3500 to 5000 square feet. Providence also has completed custom home communities with homes up to 6500 square feet.
