Proweld is a WA owned business that refurbishes products of the highest quality for the mining industry. Our team of experts from project management, Site supervisors and external suppliers hold a pre-start meeting before the work commences so as to ensure the highest productiveness and quality. We specialise in all aspects of surface mining, this includes; All bucket repairs, from designing and fitting wear packages, changing bucket armour in machine down times or shut downs to full on site bucket rebuilds or over hauls. This also includes lancing and removing large bucket pins and change out of bushes. Bucket inspections, monitoring and reporting (daily, weekly or monthly). Planning and scheduling. This includes changing and rotating G.E.T.as well building up high wear areas, to ensure maximum life of all G.E.T. Crack and metal fatigue inspection and repairs. Our truck carries 2 types of inspection methods, dye penetration NDT and magnetic particle NDT. We go over every machine with a fine tooth comb. We can also organise ultra sonic testing for internal inspections. All repairs are carried out following OEM specifications and to AS/NZS 1554.1, 1554.2, 1554.3, 1554.4, 1554.5, by qualified personnel. The main welding processes we use are MMA (stick welding) FCAW (flux core arc welding) GMAW (mig welding) and arc air gouging. Tray repairs, we can do simple tray repairs to full tray relines and spray painting. We can also do tray monitoring and reporting. We also take care of any general repairs to auxiliary equipment in the pit or the workshop.
