The Realizing Equitable Access, Retention, and Completion in Higher Education Project (REACH/ALCANZA), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is implemented by FHI 360 in Guatemala, Honduras, and Paraguay in collaboration with Higher Education Institutions and local organizations.
