PRS Holdings Foundation

Who We Are: PRS Holdings Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity. We receive contributions from multiple sources, including the employee-owners of PRS Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Every dollar donated by the employee-owners up to $100,000 is matched by PRS Holdings Inc., and then distributed through grants to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits in our communities. Our communities currently include San Diego, Inland Empire, LA Basin, Central Valley, Sacramento/Bay Area, and Southern Nevada. Our Mission: Through active participation, volunteerism, grants and financial contributions, PRS Holdings Foundation was established with the goal of supporting the communities where we live and work focusing in the areas of health, education, environment and community parks & recreation.
