There are three parties to the platform: (1) medical tourists, (2) service providers, such as hospitals and clinics, and (3) service enablers, such as interpreters and tour guides. Pruvia works to create a one-stop solution for medical tourists to easily access the best options for every step of their travel. Pruvia will also benefit the service providers and service enablers to grow their customer base by gaining exposure to more potential customers.
Using ML and AI in the Pruvia platform, we can streamline the process of medical travel and provide the medical tourists with better service, while consolidating and automating the information sharing process between service providers and service enablers.
