Logistics / Warehousing Setting up a new warehouse operation either for a 3PL service provider or an inhouse operation - defining new warehousing processes according to the products being handled - implementing the new processes into the warehouse - implementing new WMS to the warehouse according to the processes - managing testing (integration and UAT testing) before going live - managing the training for the operational staff - support in recruitment of operational staff - design of the optimal warehouse organization - setting up KPIs and performance measuring system - once ready to fly, hand it over to the permanent staff to run the operation on long term 3.) IT Infrastructure Project management a) Infrastructure building - implementation of new offices - designing networks according the number of users and nature of the business - desks, working stations setup - network setup, servers, server rooms - cabling - printers, copy rooms - access management settings - camera system CCTV setup b) Providing support for ongoing operations within the agreed service level immediate / 12 h / 24 h / 48 h) 4.) Alpine technics Providing experienced and professional resources to any type of works done in a high area. Our staff has the appropriate licenses to perform alpine works. a) outer window cleaning of high buildings b) professional maintenance or repair work in high access - fixing cables - camera system setting up or fixing - painting - fixing electronics - etc.
