(PSC) is a 100% woman, minority owned, certified small disadvantaged business with the owner being of Hispanic/Native American descent and an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation. PSC is 8(a) certified through the U. S. Small Business Administration. We were formed as an investigative firm specializing in personnel security and employment suitability and the development of training programs to support these services. Our specialty is personnel security training, adjudications, tailored pre-employment screening, and full employee background investigations. Personnel Security Consultants has adjudication and investigation contracts all over the United States including over 200 different Indian Tribes and Tribal programs around the United States. We are a trusted source of expertise in investigations and program development.
