អង្គការអន្តរជាតិបំរើសុខភាពប្រជាជន (PSI) គឺជាអង្គការដែលមានឫសគល់នៅមូលដ្ឋាន និងការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ជាសាកល ដោយធ្វើការដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវសេវាថែទាំសុខភាពដែលជំរុញដោយអតិថិជន គឺប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាលដែលផ្តោតទៅលើប្រជាជន និងដែលធានាបាននូវសេវាសុខភាពប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងតម្លៃសមរម្យ នៅគ្រប់ពេលវេលានិងទីកន្លែង ដែលមានតម្រូវការ។
អង្គការ PSI ដែលមានប្រភពចេញពីផ្នែកសុខភាពផ្លូវភេទនិងបន្តពូជ បានរីកដុះដាលដោយគ្របដណ្តប់បេសកកម្មដ៏ទូលំទូលាយ។ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ PSI ធ្វើការជាមួយវិស័យសាធារណៈ និងឯកជន ព្រមទាំងសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ដោយផ្តល់អាទិភាពដល់សម្លេងនិងជម្រើសរបស់ប្រជាជន និងបង្កើតដំណោះស្រាយដើម្បីបំពេញតម្រូវការសុខភាពសំខាន់ៗរបស់ពួកគេ។
អង្គការ PSI ចាប់ផ្តើមសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួន នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ ដោយធ្វើយុទ្ធនាការទីផ្សារសង្គម។ មកដល់ពេលនេះ PSI កម្ពុជា បានពង្រីកសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ដែលរួមមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឥរិយាបថបុគ្គលនិងសង្គម ការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាល និងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ ទាក់ទងនឹងបញ្ហាសុខភាពនានារួមមានសុខភាពបន្តពូជ ជំងឺមិនឆ្លង ជំងឺគ្រុនចាញ់ សុខភាពមាតានិងទារក អាហារូបត្ថម្ភ ទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យ ជាដើម។

Our origins in sexual and reproductive health (SRH) have grown into a broader mission. Today, we work with the public and private sectors as well as local communities, prioritizing people’s voice and choice and developing solutions to meet their essential health needs.
PSI started its operations in Cambodia in 1993 when it launched a social marketing campaign. Since then, PSI Cambodia’s programs have expanded to include social and behavior change (SBC), health system strengthening (HSS), and research in various areas such as sexual and reproductive health, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), malaria, maternal and child health (MCH), water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH).
