I help SME's scale up. I don't just do 'theory' when it comes to strategy and business issues, I'll work alongside you to deliver tangible solutions and growth. This isn't arms length consultancy, it's sleeves rolled up support. I have over 25 years of senior management experience across many different sectors; working in the UK, Northern Europe and the Middle East. I hold an MBA and a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification, with my main focus being scaling up operations and profitability. I work closely with Founders and Owners to help them work ON the business, not just IN it; all too often the business has grown to a point where the owner does not have the time or senior people resource to invest in key decisions. This is detrimental to the business - I help release that pressure, creating the bandwidth within the business to help shape the way forward as well as provide access to wider networks and opportunities. My aim is to help SMEs achieve their full potential and deliver value for their owners. I only ever work with a maximum of four clients at a time, any more than that and I wouldn’t have the bandwidth to do a proper job for them - and I wouldn’t enjoy it.
