PSM - Your Pharma CDMO

The PSM GmbH is German Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) based in Schiffweiler / Saarland. Our scalable machine technologies enable us to be highly flexible and agile for both, clinical and commercial product supply. On 3,000 square meters of cleanrooms, labs and office space, we can process around 15 million containers annually for our clients. We are equipped with latest state-of-the-art technologies from industry leading suppliers that enable us already today to meet the requirements of the new EU GMP Annex 1. PSM GmbH processes clinical samples, small and medium sized batches from one container up to 200 liters filled in glass or polymer vials, syringes and cartridges. Additionally, we offer freeze drying processes for vials in development but also commercial production. By using the latest aseptic filling systems, innovative isolator technology and state-of-the-art machines for secondary packaging, we are setting new quality standards in contract manufacturing. With our focus on Pharma 4.0, paperless production and real-time monitoring, PSM GmbH becomes one of the most modern CDMOs for liquid and freeze-dried medicines. All processes and technologies are designed to ensure maximum product yield when processing drug product especially in den field of ADCs, ATMPs, Cell & Gene therapies or other specialized drugs. Furthermore, our buildings and cleanrooms are set up for viruses and toxic products up to OEB 5. Our analytical services are executed in-house to offer the greatest flexibility and fastest reactions times to our clients. Our in-house GMP storage (including cold storage) and GDP transport complete our service portfolio.
