PSP Technologies is a company developing equipment for applying Plasma Shock Peening technology. We are a technology spin-off of the Institute of Thermomechanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, with the ambition to change the global shock peening market. Our globally protected technology has wide applications in the field of advanced materials engineering. By increasing the residual stresses in the surface layer, we extend the lifetime of metal components. Shock peened surfaces are denser and more compact.

SAMPLE PREPARATION AND ANALYSIS
Material sample preparation and testing according to ASTM E837.
PSP APPLICATION SERVICE
We offer the service of applying PSP to your component. Our team will work with you to analyse your needs and develop optimisations to improve performance and extend the life of your components. The basis for the application is a pilot test, which is also essential for the economic evaluation of the application by the client.
PSP RENTAL SERVICE We have developed the equipment rental service for clients who are considering a purchase, are dealing with a temporary project, or do not want to purchase a service, e.g. for confidentiality reasons.
SALE OF PSP EQUIPMENT We offer the possibility of selling PSP equipment. Expert technical support including training of employees in familiarizing them with PSP technology and learning the correct procedures is included.
