We are experienced in working with adults, children and adolescents, couples, and families. Areas of concern include anxiety, depression, self-esteem/identity, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, trauma, family conflict, adjustment to changes, addictions, and grief/loss. Our approach to psychotherapy is data driven using the following approaches: attachment, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, person centered, interviewing, interpersonal, and family therapy. Our therapy is integrative and tailored to fit your unique needs as an individual, couple, or family. Additionally, your culture, values, and beliefs will always be an integral part of the therapy process.
Psychotherapy provides a safe and healing environment to process experiences and develop insights into- and coping strategies for- current challenges. We will provide you or your family this therapeutic relationship, guidance through your path to growth, and the opportunity to learn new skills, and enhance your life.
