My office, Psyched Up, LLC, is an uplifting and positive place for children, adolescents, and their families to better understand themselves and their behavior. These behaviors affect their self-image, self-esteem, and their ability to establish and maintain good relationships. Through this work, the child then develops optimism, health, life satisfaction, and hope. Wherever you and your child are at emotionally, I will meet you there and assist with genuine active listening and with strategies on how to function more effectively in school, with peers, and at home.
