PSYCHED is an initiative of Cork Healthy Cities and Counties, supported by Healthy Ireland, Cork City Council, Cork County Council, the Health Service Executive, University College Cork, and community workplace partners.
At Psyched, our goal is to stimulate conversations that promote a better understanding of mental health and well-being in the workplace.
Just like our physical health, our mental health can vary from day to day. Learning about mental health in the workplace helps to develop working environments that are supportive, nurturing, and open to growth and change.
We encourage employers to engage with their staff to enhance mental health by setting goals for positive improvement. Additionally, we celebrate commitment, good practices, and innovation in mental health promotion through participation in the Annual PSYCHED Celebration event.
