PsychedelicsEurope (PE) is an innovative mental health association based in Brussels that brings together leading research centers, NGOs, and private companies. Based on the latest scientific evidence, we advocate in the EU for the regulatory environment that promotes state-of-art therapies, foster cutting-edge research, and secure lasting solutions for those who need it. The COVID-19 pandemic has seriously affected mental condition of the EU citizens. With the European Commission (EC) already active in the health care sector, the time is now for a coordinated action in the field of mental health that would help patients, stimulate R&D efforts, and harmonize rules for private providers.
