Based in Silver Spring, MD., PGS has been in business since 1994 and currently has contracts with over 200 long-term care facilities in MD, VA, DC, and PA. The company employs a clinical staff of approximately 100 highly-qualified experts who provide mental health counseling, medication management, and other evidence-based clinical care.
