Psychonomics

Psychonomics is an applied behavioural science and research consultancy. We specialise in decision sciences that result in applied behavioural changes in the workplace. We build proprietary assessment tools, team dynamics analytics, employee psychological well-being workshops, contemporary 360-degree feedback tools, and manage in-depth employee engagement processes (both quantitative, such as surveys; and qualitative, such as key informant interviews) for our clients. We manage all data-driven, research, and reporting engagements in-house. Additionally, we also make use of a global network of exceptional accredited executive coaches as behavioural change interventionists where needed. All of the partner coaches have been trained and accredited in the use of our products and assessments.
